Based on more than 20 years of research across over 100 countries, we know that there are four capabilities that need to be developed in order to relate and work effectively with people from different backgrounds.

The CQ Pro Assessment measures your ability to relate and work effectively with individuals or groups from different cultural backgrounds, including people from different nationalities, ethnicities, ages, and more.
